1. Payment :

• Payment must be made in cash or by credit card upon arrival.

• Invoicing customers will be done according to a separate agreement.

• We accept the following means of payment: Visa, MasterCard, bank cards, and cash payment.

• The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest's credit card for the first night in order to confirm the reservation.

• The hotel may also charge guests upon check-in.

2. Booking Details :

• Every booking must be attended by registered guests and must adhere to the arrival and departure dates specified in the confirmation letter.

• Cancellations and Non-Cancellable Reservations.

• Guests with non-cancellable reservations will be liable for the full duration of their original booking.

3. Smoking Policy :

• All hotel rooms are non-smoking rooms. However, designated smoking areas are available in certain spots. Guests who violate this policy will be responsible for compensating all costs incurred.

4. Guest Responsibility :

• Guests are responsible for any costs incurred due to a breach of the general rules of conduct.

5. Pets :

• Pets are not allowed on the premises.

6. Children Policy :

• Children under 12 years old are not allowed to stay, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian who takes full responsibility for any potential incidents that may occur.
