1. Reservations

In order to make a reservation, you must fill in the Reservation Form on our website and provide your credit card details. All foreign currencies will be automatically converted to the local rupiah currency of Indonesia. Due to high levels of bookings at certain times of the year, we cannot guarantee that every booking will be successful, so it is advisable to book as far in advance as possible.

2. Deposit Policy

The total amount payable for your stay at Cicada Luxury Townhouses (including applicable taxes and service charges) will be charged to your credit card at the time of confirming your reservation, whether through our reservations system or an external one, including online booking sites.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations during low season will be subject to a 50% penalty on the deposited amount if made more than 14 days before the arrival date, while those made within 14 days of arriving will not be refundable. In addition, we cannot refund payments made for bookings during high and peak seasons, and bookings made through online sites or travel agencies will be subject to those firms’ individual cancellation policies.

4. Insurance

Cicada Luxury Townhouses strongly advises you to take out fully comprehensive travel insurance for everyone in your party before you travel to Bali. This will protect you against anyone becoming ill or injured and needing medical treatment, including emergency procedures abroad that may require an air ambulance for evacuation; loss of baggage and personal items; cancellations; death; and other possible unforeseen circumstances.

5. Responsibility

Cicada Luxury Townhouses cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to any property or personal items or equipment belonging to guests during their stay with us, including during any activities or excursions you may be involved in around the island. We also cannot accept responsibility for any delays, expenses or inconveniences caused by events we cannot control – such as the late arrival of international flights, fires, floods, severe weather events, civil disturbances, acts of God, acts of Government or the failure of any kinds of equipment or machinery.

6. Government Tax & Service Charges

All Cicada Luxury Townhouse rentals, whether long or short term in nature, are subject to a 21% Government Tax and Service charge, which is added to the reservation amount.
